FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: How do I book one of your classic caravans?
Answer: For Standard Self Tow Bookings, head to our Booking page, select the caravan you want to hire and hit the book button. You will then be taken to Camplify's booking service to complete the booking request, where you can select your dates and put in any requests you have.
For Full Delivery and Setup, you can follow the same process, however we will need to contact you prior to accepting the booking request to provide a delivery quote. Alternatively, you can contact us first and we can give you a quote prior to booking.
Once your booking request is made, we will get back to you ASAP with any further questions, and approve the booking. If at any point you get stuck, or need guidance, we are there to help! Give us a call on 0493 143 022 and we will assist you with any questions you have.
For Long Term Stationary Accommodation, the booking process is similar, however you will need to contact us first to confirm the booking. This is so that we can organise with our booking agent Camplify to discount the daily rate to a weekly rate.

Question: Are pets allowed?
Answer: Generally yes. As pet owners ourselves, we understand that your furry friend is part of your family. We do respectfully ask that you be in control of your pet at all times when in the caravan though. Any damage caused by pets is liable to be covered by the hirer. If you plan on bringing your pet, just send us a message when booking, or give us a call to confirm that it's ok.

Question: What about toll roads or fines?
Answer: Whilst on hire, you are responsible for paying tolls or fines incurred for towing the caravan. Generally there is no more cost than your standard car with tolls, but on the rare occasion there is, you will need to pay for these tolls at the end of your hire.
Fines are almost exclusively sent to the motor vehicle owner by default. On the rare occasion we receive a fine involving a customer's hire, we will contact you directly. If after reasonable attempts, we are unable to contact you, we will forward your information to the SDRO for follow-up.

Question: Is bedding included?
Answer: Bedding can be included with your hire for a $20.00 fee. This helps cover the cost of cleaning and re-making the beds. In our Viscount Royal 13ft, we can include bedding for the two single beds, and the dinette will require a pillow and sleeping bag. Our Viscount Royal 16ft has bedding for the double bed, and will require a sleeping bag and pillow for the front bunk.

Question: Do Your Caravans Have Bathrooms?
Answer: No they don't. The vast majority of places that you stay are very likely to have bathroom access, which is much better than a small caravan bathroom. This not only saves you the trouble of having to dispose of sewerage and grey water, but means you get more room and wont have any foul smells in the caravan.
